How We Build a Screen Enclosure

Most enclosures use aluminum framing, which is light, strong and will not rust. Frames anchor to your patio or deck and to the roof above. A kick plate along the bottom protects the screen from chairs, toys and paws. Rails add strength on tall walls. Doors come with closers so they shut behind you and keep the bugs out.

Using Your Porch Year-Round

Screens are perfect for spring through fall. For cooler months, ask about adding clear vinyl panels or roll-down weather shades. With the right combination, a screened porch can become a space you use most of the year.

Caring for Screens

Brush or vacuum dust and pollen off the screens, then rinse with a gentle spray. Wash frames with mild soap. Avoid pressure washers, which can stretch or tear mesh. If a panel gets damaged, we can rescreen just that panel.

What Affects the Cost

Cost depends on the size of the space, the number of doors, mesh choices, framing details like kick plates and rails and any vinyl panels or shades you add.
