Hot Springs Awning has served Arkansas since 1906. We design and build custom awnings, patio covers, carports, shades, screens and canvas for residential and commercial properties across Central Arkansas. Nothing we make comes from a catalog of standard sizes. Every project is tailored to you, fabricated in our shop, and installed by our employees.
We serve both residential and commercial customers, and we understand what each needs: what makes a backyard patio comfortable, and what a storefront needs to withstand daily traffic and represent a brand from the street.

We build custom Bimini tops and re-cover houseboats with new canvas cut and sewn for each vessel. We also replace canvas on existing camper awnings. Every marine project is made to order, using fabrics selected for constant sun and water exposure.

A Clear Process From Estimate to Installation
1. Consultation
Call to tell us about your project, and we schedule an on-site appointment.
2. Design
We assess the space, review your options and help you finalize the design.
3. Contract
You sign a contract with a 50% deposit.
4. Fabrication
Your project is built in our shop.
5. Installation
Our installers complete the work on site.
6. Final Invoice
The balance is due upon installation, and your final invoice is emailed to you.
Materials Selected for Arkansas Conditions
Central Arkansas brings intense summer sun, high humidity and severe spring storms. We specify materials accordingly. Sunbrella and Tempotest solution-dyed acrylic fabrics resist fading, repel water and breathe to limit mildew. Steel and aluminum frames are sized for each span and exposure. Aluminum covers and carports are built for decades of service with minimal maintenance.
Financing Through Synchrony
Qualified customers can finance their project through Synchrony, including special financing with no interest if paid in full within 18 months. Ask about financing during your consultation.

No. Every product we make is custom built to your measurements and specifications.
Who installs your products?
Our own employees. We do not subcontract installation.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit is due at contract signing, and the balance is due upon installation. Financing is available through Synchrony for qualified buyers.
What areas do you serve?
Customers within about 50 miles of our Hot Springs and Cabot showrooms.
Do you work on boats?
Yes. We build custom Bimini tops, re-cover houseboats and build dock shade for lake homes and marinas.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
