Some jobs do not fit a catalog. Hot Springs Awning has its own sewing shop, so we can make custom canvas products to your exact size and use. Businesses come to us for awning recovers, equipment covers, patio enclosures, signage panels and one-off pieces that other shops turn down.

We work with Sunbrella and Tempotest acrylic fabrics, which are water repellent, breathable and fade resistant. For enclosures, we pair fabric with clear vinyl windows and heavy-duty zippers. Our fabrics carry a 5-year warranty.

Why Solution-Dyed Acrylic
Sunbrella and Tempotest fabrics are solution-dyed acrylics, which means the color goes all the way through each fiber rather than sitting on the surface. That is why they resist fading so well in strong sun. They also breathe, which helps them dry quickly and resist mildew in humid Arkansas weather. For areas that need to be fully waterproof, we can recommend coated fabrics or vinyl.
Clear Vinyl and Enclosure Panels
For patio enclosures, clear vinyl panels let guests see out while blocking wind and rain. We sew vinyl windows into fabric borders for strength and a finished edge, then add zippers, straps or tracks so staff can open and close panels quickly. Enclosures like these can extend outdoor seating into cooler months without a permanent wall.

Canvas pricing depends on size, fabric choice, the amount of sewing and detail, hardware such as zippers and grommets, and whether we install it. Simple covers cost far less than enclosures with multiple vinyl windows and tracks. We give a written quote before any work begins.
